• Thursday      3:00 PM – Athlete Registration & athlete weigh in – TradeWinds Pavillion
• Thursday      7:00 PM – Athlete Meeting–TradeWinds Pavillion
• Friday           9:30 AM – Bench Press – TradeWinds Pavillion
• Friday         5:45 PM–Grace&Physique&Tri-Fitness Model Bikini–TradeWinds Pavillion; Athletes report  5:00 PM–Doors open 5:30 PM
• Friday        7:45 PM (approx) – Hall of Fame Induction, 15 year celebration, Honoring Milton!
• Friday        8:30 PM – Fitness Routine & Tri-Fitness Model ThemeWear
• Saturday     9:30 AM – Obstacle Course – Behind TradeWinds Pavillion
• Saturday      11:45 AM – Box Jumps
• Saturday      12:30 PM – Shuttle Run
• Saturday      1:45 PM – Children’s Shuttle Run
• Saturday      6:00 PM – Tri-Fitness Challenge Awards  ( location TBA)
• Saturday     9:30 PM – Athlete/Family/Friends Get Together – TradeWinds Pool & Tikibar
• Sunday        9:00 AM – True Grit Team Challenge – TradeWinds South Beach area
• Sunday     2:30 PM – True Grit Awards – TBA

 

 

Tri-Fitness World Challenge – Registration before (early special) Feb. 1 $249; After Feb 1 $279; After April 15 $309. Registration includes Photo Package (complete photo package, plus dvds from the entire event) and Discounted Resort Rates (resort fee, food, beverage, entertainment, etc.)
