he following criteria: 1) Strength Moves, 2) Flexibility, 3) Choreography, 4) Endurance, 5) Overall Presentation / Enthusiasm and Appearance. Each of these components is worth 2.0 points. Deductions will be made from each component. Total score will then be added up.

Both feet must make contact with any portion of the top of the box (not edge). The time will be subtracted from 200 and divided by the number 16.25. If the bag comes out of the riser, they must pick it up the next time and put it back in. The time will stop when the last bag is placed in the riser; this time will then be subtracted from 200 and divided by the number 17. If the athlete misses the last bag, two seconds will be added.
Bench Press – This event will be performed using 60% (women) or 80% (men) of the athlete’s body weight. The closest weight in (5 lb. increment) will be used. The bar pad must touch the chest at the bottom of the repetition and the arms must be completely extended to complete the repetition. Feet can come off the ground. Scoring will start at 5.0 and each rep will be given a tenth of a point. Ex: 7 reps
= 5.7; 50 reps = 10.0 (perfect score.)
