About the Men’s Tri-Fitness challenge

The Men’s Obstacle Course Challenge and the Men’s Fitness Skills challenge are together known as “The Ultimate Fitness Challenge”, where the men challenge themselves on a 160 yard military obstacle course and three key fitness skills, Bench press, Shuttle Run, and Box Jumps.

Men from all over the world come to compete in the Tri-Fitness Challenge, for the fun and competition, for a way to measure their level of fitness and endurance, and to go home with the bragging rights to be known as a top competitor in the Tri-Fitness Challenge.
