The Tri-Fitness National Challenge Begins
It’s 12:30 on Friday, 19 November, 2010. We’re here in the beautiful Tradewinds Resort in Saint Petersburg, Florida. We just watched all the athletes challenge themselves on the bench press. The audience showed their support with, well, lots of screaming.
